Ujjwala Scheme (PMUY)

Dear all customer who wants an LPG Connection under this scheme, they are required for few documentation as - SECC 2011

* Indian Resident
* Name in the SECC list
* Aadhaar Card ( Ladies applicant )
* Husband aadhaar card ( If not available then there is the attachment of any his/her son or daughter whose age is above 18 at till today,
* Bank Passbook
* Two photos of the applicant
* KYC Form ( Present at distributorship)


All documents are required to submit to LPG Agency,

Note:- The submission of documents is not a guarantee of a generation of LPG connection, After submission of documents to LPG agency its check to NIC Portal For Dedup. the generation of connection is final when all documents are verified and checked and upload to Portal. 

The customer has two choices to pay the amt, 

* if they want to opt for a Loan facility, they have to submit Loan KYC (Annexure )
** the money is deducted from his subsidy as a loan payment. 

* if the customer wants the connection without Loan, they just pay the amt of refill and if they opt for LPG Stove then the stove price + Refill cost = total amt (*)
